====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 03-09-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of Admission with the consent of both the counsels.

2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of cancellation dated 31.12.2021 in Memo No. 795 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sherghati, Gaya, is pending before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10263 of 2025(2) dt.03-09-2025 2/3 District Magistrate cum First Supply Appellate Authority i.e. Respondent No. 3 herein. Learned counsel states that the Service Appeal Case No. 08 of 2024 is pending since the last more than 10 months and the same is not being heard. Learned counsel only prays this Hon'ble Court to direct the Respondent No. 3 to dispose of the appeal filed by him.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents State submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Respondent No. 3 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3 to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner as well as any other interested person shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition
