Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for constituting a fresh Medical Board for re-medical examination of the petitioner as he has been declared medically unfit on the ground of Hypo Pigmentation of Glean Penis (Albinism) by the doctors of SSB Board.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had applied for the post of CT (Washer Man) and considering the fulfillment of eligibility criteria by the petitioner, admit card for physical eligibility test was issued and

Patna High Court CWJC No.9424 of 2018(6) dt.27-02-2025 2/2 he appeared in physical test on 27.03.2017 at SSB, Narkatiaganj, West Champaran and qualified the same and then, he appeared for the medical test, but in the medical test, he was found unfit by the doctors of SSB Board, but the doctors of AIIMS have found him that this problem is non-injurious as annexed in Annexure-6 of the writ petition.

4. Learned Counsel for the Union of India submits that the Board of SSB and the Review Medical Board had found him unfit. The Medical Board for SSB has been constituted by the team of doctors and according to their requirements, they used to check the physical health of the candidates.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the decision of the Review Medical Board. As such, the present writ petition has no merit and, hence, dismissed.

6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
