JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 06-04-2022 After arguing at some length, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a representation before the Director, Industries, Department of Industry, Government of Bihar, Patna.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has placed

Patna High Court CWJC No.16514 of 2021(3) dt.06-04-2022 2/2 reliance on a judgment rendered by a Division Bench of this Court, reported in 2020 (2) PLJR 321 (M/s Sunny Stars Hotels Pvt. Ltd. vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).

The learned counsel for the State assures the Court that in case, such a representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, it shall be duly considered by the concerned authority and a speaking order shall be passed within a period of four weeks thereof.

The petitioner is satisfied with this, hence no further adjudication of the matter is necessary.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
