ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 15-10-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

As it is stated by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the only prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for disposal of Supply Appeal No. 31 of 2023-2024 pending before the District Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur. This Court deems it fit to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur (Respondent No. 3) to dispose of the Supply Appeal No. 31 of 2023-2024 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.12113 of 2025(3) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

2. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
