2. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought inter alia the following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:- "I. To direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for his transfer as per Rule 3 read with Rule 5(Kha) of Bihar Nationalized Elementary Teacher Transfer (Disciplinary action and promotion) Rule, 2018 (hereinafter referred in short Rule, 2018) as per the option of transfer granted to the teachers.

III. Also for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner informs that the petitioner has already filed an application before the District Programme Officer, Establishment, Gaya for considering his case, based on the recommendation made by the Block Education Officer, as contained in letter no.140 dated 27.03.2025 (Annexure-4), however, the same is pending till date.

4. Considering the above information the District Programme Officer, Establishment, Gaya is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, expeditiously, in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
