2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner who has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 132 of 2013 for the offences alleged under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 16.06.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 2214 of 2014.

3. A perusal of the order dated 16.06.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2214 of 2014 discloses that the petitioner, after some arguments, sought permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application which was permitted. Instead of surrendering before the learned court below, the petitioner has, after a period of over two and half years, once again sought to renew his prayer for anticipatory bail on same grounds as before.

4. This Court is not inclined to grant any indulgence to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/Ibrar U T
