JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 11-04-2022 The petitioner seeks a direction to the Respondent authorities in particularly the Chief Engineer, Minor Resources Department, Bhagalpur for accepting the recommendation of Superintending Engineer, Minor Irrigation Circle, Munger dated 3rd August, 2021, whereby and where under the Superintending Engineer has made recommendation before the Chief Engineer for extending the time period allotted to the petitioner for completing the work.

The committee has already accepted its proposal but still no response is forthcoming.

Under the circumstances, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction that in case the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 2 with a fresh representation within ten days from today, he shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within ten days thereof.
