Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was refused by this Court vide order dated 21.6.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequent to the aforesaid order, similarly situated co-accused Pankaj Kumar Singh and Mukesh Kumar Singh have already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 10.5.2022, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 18777 of 2021. Charges have already been framed and petitioners are in custody since 18.9.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State as well as the informant oppose the prayer for bail. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the trial is at the fag end of conclusion. Considering the period of incarceration of the petitioners and the fact that similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed bail, prayer for bail of the petitioners is
