JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2017 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is husband and ready to keep opposite party no. 2 with honour and dignity.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant. Learned counsel for the informant submits that opposite party no. 2 also wants to reside with the petitioner. In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below, i.e., learned SDJM, Arrah, Bhojpur,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19327 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 in connection with Sadar Mahila P. S. Case no. 302/2016 on 18.05.2017 , on which date opposite party no. 2 shall also remain present in the court and the learned court below on being satisfied that they are willing to live together, will release the petitioner on provisional bail for six months on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to its satisfaction and the court below will watch the conduct of the parties by directing them to appear on a particular date in every month and after six months on being satisfied with the matrimonial relationship between the parties, will confirm the bail of the petitioner, otherwise the court below will pass any other order as he may deem fit and proper.
