2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alinagar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 342, 325, 337, 338, 379, 354, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other co-accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only because of the land dispute between the parties.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2023.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned of SDJM, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Alinagar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2022.

10. As a condition of this order, the bail bond of the petitioner shall only be accepted if he brings a demand draft of Rs. 25,000/- in favour of the informant at the time of executing bail bond.

11. The demand draft given by the petitioner shall be released in favour of the informant by the Court below. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
