The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ application is non-payment of remuneration for the period the petitioners were engaged by the respondent to act as Assistant Teachers on contractual basis in Parvati Higher Secondary School, Bikram after superannuation.

He submits that the petitioners have rendered service pursuant to the Annexure-1 series and as such respondents are

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.5 who shall see that the petitioners are paid remuneration for the period the petitioners have worked as contractual Assistant Teachers. The decision in this regard, must be taken by the respondent nos. 4 and 5 within a period eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
