Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Hon'ble Court.

Vide order dated 02.09.2020, a report was called for from the Court of learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, regarding stage of Sessions Trial No. 599/2015 arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 497/2015 which is kept at flag 'A' to the petition.

From perusal of the report dated 10.09.2020, it appears that 14 witnesses have already been examined in this case and the case is pending for want of F.S.L. report. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the stage of trial, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner,

However, trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
