JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents concerned to enquire into the matter of granting licence under public distribution system vide Licence No. 01/2015 in favour of respondent no. 7 on compassionate ground and after enquiry cancel the PDS licence of the respondent no. 7 inasmuch as he has obtained the licence by playing fraud and misrepresentation of fact.
2. A bare perusal of paragraph 7 of the writ petition discloses that the petitioner is raising a bogey of fraud on the part of the respondent no. 7 on the ground that there appears to be fraud in the date of birth of the father of respondent no.7.

3. This Court is unable to appreciate how a doubt in respect of date of birth of the father of respondent no. 7 can constitute fraud played by respondent no. 7. No fruitful purpose will be served by directing the respondents for disposal of the representation of the petitioner.
4. The writ petition stands dismissed.
