The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.05.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.23727/2016 for extending the period of surrender.

Counsel for the petitioner confines the prayer to the extent of extending the period of surrender only. On the ground mentioned in the modification application, let the date of surrender be extended by three weeks calculated from the date of receipt or production of copy of the order.

The order dated 26.05.2016 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No.190/2015,
