2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of the order dated 18.11.2011 passed in CWJC No. 17532 of 2011 (Annexure-1), the petitioner has since deposited 20% of the value of undistributed rice and for which receipts have been issued(Annexure-3 series). It is therefore, submitted that the said order of this Court stands complied with.
3. Having regard to the nature of the order dated 18.11.2011 already passed by this Court, no further orders appears necessary.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
