JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 13-11-2017 The petitioner seeks a mandamus for issuance of an appointment order to the post of Anganbari Sevika. The guidelines in force enables a person aggrieved from a selection process to raise a grievance before the District Programme Officer whose order is appelable before the District Magistrate. The petitioner having failed to avail the alternative remedy has rushed to this Court.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of affording liberty to the petitioner to exhaust the alternative remedy so available under the guidelines.
