Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Govind Kumar, who stated that he had committed the murder and petitioner and others were instigators. Co-accused Kumar Rananjay Onkar has already been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 10.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31280 of 2019.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42981 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 324 of 2019 arising out of Town Police Station Case No. 696 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
