2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent to make payment the difference of arrear of D.A. for the period of 01.01.2006 to Feb 2010 on account of revision of pay scale of University and college teachers in revised UGC scale effective from 1.1.2006 which has not been

(ii) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the writ petitioner shall be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that similar matter has been disposed off by order dated 07.08.2018 in C.W.J.C. No. 17983 of 2016 in the case of Dr. Vijay Prasad Singh vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. It was submitted that the present case be also disposed off in similar terms.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents do not oppose.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off in terms of the order dated 07.08.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17983 of 2016.
