JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 401, 379, 411 of the IPC. As per the prosecution case, one co-accused Ashutosh Kumar who was apprehended on the spot, disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

No.45614 of 2022(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Chapra, District-Saran in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
