Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that the petitioner would make a representation claiming differential amount of arrears under the Assured Career Progression scheme issued to him with effect from 9.8.1999 and other consequential benefits given to him earlier under the ACP scheme. He would be raising his claim before the District Magistrate, Banka (respondent no.2). In view of such prayer, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's submission, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation within a period of four weeks from today. In
Patna High Court CWJC No.6302 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2018 2/2 the event, such representation is filed, the same shall be disposed of by respondent no.2 a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter.
