2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 05.12.2014 passed in Case No. 05-08 of 2008-09 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Araria.
3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off
Patna High Court CWJC No.1834 of 2015 dt.23-08-2018 2/2 with liberty aforesaid.
5. If an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits, expeditiously and within the statutory period.
