The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 455 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)(a), 26, 35 of Arms Act and Section 8/20(a)(ii) (c), 28, 29 of N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.10.2018. He further submits that in the instant case one country made pistol with live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for more than eight months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner,
