The present contempt application has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 10.08.2005 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5452 of 2004 whereunder the aforesaid writ application was allowed with direction to the concerned respondent to take final decision with respect to the petition for sending him for training within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that

Patna High Court MJC No.167 of 2014 dt.20-02-2015 the present contempt application has been filed after 9 years of the order dated 10.05.2005 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5452 of 2004. As such, the contempt application is barred by Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
