2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ismilepur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition And Excise Act, 2018.

3. As per the prosecution case, 50 liters of liquor from motorcycle has been recovered on which the petitioner was traveling.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2023, he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the recovery of liquor, this

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge-I, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Ismilepur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2023.

8. The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Gopalpur Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
