2. In view of the subsequent order dated 11.08.2023 passed by this Court in Miscellaneous No. 287 of 2022 i. e,. Annexure 2 of the counter affidavit filed by opposite party No. 2, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this quashing application, granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points which have been raised in the present application, before the learned court below, at the appropriate stage .
