Learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner referring to the materials available on record brought through the show-cause affidavit fairly submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. However, so far the period from 12.09.2004 to 06.07.2005 is concerned, the said period has been treated to be irregular and no salary for such period has been accorded to him and thus concerned opposite party ought

3. Learned Advocate for the State taking this Court through the order under contempt has submitted that in compliance with the order of this Court, now all the admissible amount has been paid to the petitioner.

Having considered the submissions advanced and taking note of the materials brought through the show-cause as well as supplementary show-cause affidavit, this Court does not find any reason or occasion to continue with the present contempt proceeding. Accordingly, the present contempt proceeding stands closed.
