The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Masaurhi P.S. Case No.418/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant father of the deceased alleged that his daughter was married to Sonu Kumar son of the petitioner, but the petitioner informed him about the death of his daughter. On such information, the informant reached the house of his daughter and found the dead-body of his daughter lying on the ground. The informant alleged that the petitioner and others strangulated her to death.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner never demanded any dowry. The demand of laptop
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17360 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 appears to be false. The deceased died her natural death. No external injury or internal injury was found on the person of the deceased. Mother-in-law of the deceased has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. 30453/2016. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and the deceased got no external or internal injury, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 418/2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
