The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 84 of 2016 registered under Sections 376, 504 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that on perusal of Medical Report, it appears that there is no sign of rape. Further submission is that prior to this case, family members of both the parties have filed several cased against each other, as detailed in Annexure Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 to the supplementary affidavit. No.19417 of 2017 (4) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Katihar in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 84 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
