The grievance of the petitioner is that earlier the respondent(s) prepared a list of A.P.L./B.P.L. The name of the petitioner figured in the list of A.P.L. (Above poverty line) at serial no. 346. Now, the respondent(s) have removed his name from the list of A.P.L. The person who has listed as B.P.L. or A.P.L is entitled to certain privileges from the State. Contention of the petitioner is that he was not given any opportunity or no inquiry was made before

Patna High Court CWJC No.510 of 2014 (3) dt.22-07-2016 2/2 removing/excluding his name from the list of A.P.L. In my view, any such dispute cannot be raised in writ jurisdiction. Mr. Kumar has also taken stand that the petitioner will represent his grievance before the respondent-Collector for consideration in accordance with law.

The writ application is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file a grievance application in this connection before the respondent-Collector for his consideration in accordance with law.

The writ application is disposed of.
