The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 167/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the reason for dispute and the allegation against the petitioner, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
