Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 303 of 2016 registered under Sections30A of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from perusal of the seizure list it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. During investigation, no material has come against these petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8668 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 303 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
