2. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 309 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 109(1), 303(2), and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

3. The allegation in the F.I.R. is that the named accused persons, including the petitioner, forcibly entered the premises of the informant, searched for his grandfather, and upon being objected to, assaulted the informant and his wife with lathis, sticks, and farsa, causing injuries to them, and also snatched a gold chain/mangalsutra.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this

It is further submitted that the allegations leveled against the petitioner are general and omnibus in nature, the injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature, and the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of allegations, as well as the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., East Champaran (Motihari) in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 309 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. (Ranjan Kumar Jha, J) rashmi/- U T
