2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 304(B), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death and it is alleged that F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners committed the murder of daughter of informant for dowry.

4. Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law and petitioner no. 3 is brother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the affairs of the deceased and her husband.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that they alongwith others committed the murder of deceased and concealed her dead-body. The deceased died within seven years of marriage in an unnatural circumstances at her matrimonial house.

6. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected.
