Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 105 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 8(c)/20(b)(ii)c/27/A/29 of the NDPS Act.

Petitioner is a lady and the owner of the commercial vehicle and she can not move around with her vehicle to see who has hired to vehicle.

Considering the aforesaid facts, application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.

Case No. 105 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
