Patna High Court CWJC No.12565 of 2016(2) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 On objection being raised by the respondent Cooperative Society regarding maintainability of the writ petition, petitioner's Counsel submits that he would approach Registrar, Cooperative Society for redressal of his grievance. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be approaching Registrar, Cooperative Society (respondent No. 4) within a period of four weeks.
In the event the petitioner approaches respondent No. 4 within a period of four weeks, the petitioner's claim should be considered expeditiously and without any unnecessary delay, in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of with the liberty as aforesaid.
