2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 96/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The victim had left her house on her own and thereafter one driver namely Ranjay Kumar asked her to sit in his vehicle and took her away along with her boyfriend. They were kept in the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim has been recovered from the house of the petitioner by the police. The victim was kept in the house of the petitioner because the driver Ranjay Kumar has said that she is his relative and the driver has misbehaved with her also. He further submits

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact that there is no allegation of any misbehavior against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court below in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2025.
