Further it has been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Further it has been submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit amount of Rs. 20,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to final disposal of the case" and in the last paragraph of the said order before the word „let‟ the following words be read as "Considering the fact that the petitioner is ready to deposit amount of Rs. 20,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to final disposal of the case". Similarly in the order dated 21.05.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12915 of 2015, paragraph no.

4 be read as follows "It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is the owner of the tractor on which wheat was being carried. He has no concern with the wheat loaded on the tractor. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Further it has been submitted that no offence under Section 7 of the E.C.
