JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-09-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is squarely covered by the judgment dated 22.05.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.13360 of 2008 (Sri Ambika Nath Chaubey vs. The Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority and Anr.) and judgment dated 18.08.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.9564 of 2014 (Md. Wasimuddin vs. The State of Bihar and Ors).

Patna High Court CWJC No.1425 of 2016(2) dt.10-09-2018 2/2 In such view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid two judgments passed in C.W.J.C. Nos. 13360 of 2008 and 9564 of 2014. The respondent authorities will examine the case of the present petitioner as well as the case of the petitioners of aforesaid two writ petitions and if it is found that the facts and relief of all the cases are identical, in such circumstance, the present petitioner will be given the same benefit as has been given to the petitioners of aforesaid two writ petitions.
