JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sikraul P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504 and 294 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on the date of occurrence, the informant with her mother was going to Punjab National Bank, Basudeva to open account, but at that time in front of house of Uma Shankar Singh near well, petitioner abused her, pushed her down with his leg and assaulted her and her mother. The petitioner also took away her ear-ring and nose pin.
It has been submitted that the occurrence is alleged to have taken place on 16.12.2016 whereas the written report has been filed on 19.12.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIth, at Buxar, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
