2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ (s)/direction(s) to the respondents for release of the Vehicle of the petitioner in her favour which is one Mahindra Thar vehicle bearing Registration No. BR-31 AU.1999, Model Name-Thar LX DMT 4 WD4SHT Colour Nepali Black Chesis No.

MAM4YK2N2J47423 and Engine No.

YKN4J90432 which has been illegally seized by

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1489 of 2025(2) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 the respondents on 25.01.2024 from her house and for which neither any F.I.R. was lodged nor any Seizure List was prepared in Presence of Seizure witnesses in pursuance of Section 103 of the B.N.S.S. -2023 nor any Confiscation Proceeding has been initiated, nor any notice in this regard has been issued or served to the petitioner till date."

3. It has been submitted by Mr. Arvind Kumar, appearing for the NIA that the son of the petitioner is accused in the present case and therefore the Thar vehicle was used in the crime so the same has been seized.

4. In these circumstances, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court below for an appropriate relief.
