This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 01.06.2024 , passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 327, 353 , 307 and 34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(i)(r), 3(1)(s), 3 ( 2 ) (v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected.
3 . As per prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , when informant along with other police
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3030 of 2024(3) dt.03-09-2024 2/2 personnel proceeded to arrest co-accused persons of Rupauli P S Case No. 17 of 2024 , in the meantime , all the F.I.R., named accused persons including these appellants abused informant by caste name and assaulted him and thus, created hindrance in discharge of official duties.
4. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence , I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
