Mr. S.S. Sundram, learned counsel appearing for the Staff Selection Commission informs that though the writ petition has been filed for reevaluation of the answer sheet of the petitioner of the preliminary examination but in view of the notification at Annexure-9 fixing the date of main examination, which has been held, the issue raised, is rendered academic. Mr. Mithilesh Kumar Rai learned counsel for the petitioner, does not dispute the position.
