Petitioners seek bail in Purushottampur P.S. Case No.34 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 54 litres Nepali liquor was recovered from the motorcycle.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the motorcycle does not belong to Petitioners, who are in custody since 27.04.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43165 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Purushottampur P.S. Case No.34 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
