This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 277/2022 registered under section 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 354, 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case 11 persons are said to have kidnapped the victim girl. In the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. the victim girl said that she has eloped with one Mahendra Saini and has got married with him. The victim is aged about 22 years. The petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2022

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46020 of 2023(2) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 277/2022.
