Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 376 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence.
