Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019 for the offence under sections 8, 20 b, (ii) (B) of N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 4.500 kgs. of Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 4.3.2019.

Considering the quantity of ganja and the fact that

No.44352 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with N.D.P.S.
