Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 4665 of 2019 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No. 234 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 75 liters of illegal wine was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 17.5.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

Case No. 234 of 2019.
