2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 18, 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, apprehended coaccused persons disclosed the name of this petitioner as his associate.
4. It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner transpired in this case on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused persons who were apprehended on the spot. No contraband substance has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, clean antecedent and quantity of recovery, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge NDPS Act, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 1198 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
