Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016 registered under Sections- 409, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on suspicion without verifying the records as well as the pass book. Petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit annexing copy of the passbook which shows that no amount was withdrawn during the tenure of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8042 of 2017 (2) dt.27-02-2017 2/2 surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
