JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 This contempt application has been filed alleging disobedience of this Court's order dated 08.03.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4633 of 2019. Following is the operative portion of the order dated 08.03.2019:- "I direct, therefore, that the Circle Officer must dispose of the petitioner's application, if not disposed of till date within the time limit as prescribed in the said notification dated 23.12.2013. I also direct the District Magistrate, Bhojpur, to examine whether inaction on the part of the Circle Officer warrants any disciplinary action

From the submissions made at the bar and the statement made in the show cause reply filed on behalf of the State of Bihar, it appears that the petitioner's application has since been disposed of by the Circle Officer. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, however, has submitted that there is no proper compliance of the said order dated 08.03.2019 and the conduct of the opposite parties constitutes contempt of this Court.

This being an admitted fact that this Court's order has since been complied with, no case is made out to proceed against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of this Court's order.

The contempt proceeding is accordingly dropped. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) Pawan/- U
